Description

A delicious baked white cabbage recipe with roasted vegetables, perfect as a side or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the white cabbage into quarters and chop it coarsely.
  3. Mix the chopped cabbage in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread the cabbage evenly on a baking sheet without stacking the pieces.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan over the cabbage and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
