Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the white cabbage into quarters and chop it coarsely.
- Mix the chopped cabbage in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the cabbage evenly on a baking sheet without stacking the pieces.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan over the cabbage and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
