Description

A creamy and luxurious Dulce de Leche Mousse that melts in your mouth, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Dulce de Leche
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Separate the eggs in another bowl and mix the yolks with the vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the Dulce de Leche to the yolk-vanilla mixture and stir gently until well incorporated.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the Dulce de Leche mixture carefully to maintain the airy texture.
  5. Stir in a pinch of salt gently to enhance the flavors.
  6. Fill beautiful jars or dessert cups with the mousse and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

This mousse can be prepared in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Avoid overmixing the cream and egg whites.
