- 1 cup Dulce de Leche
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Beat the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Separate the eggs in another bowl and mix the yolks with the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the Dulce de Leche to the yolk-vanilla mixture and stir gently until well incorporated.
- Fold the whipped cream into the Dulce de Leche mixture carefully to maintain the airy texture.
- Stir in a pinch of salt gently to enhance the flavors.
- Fill beautiful jars or dessert cups with the mousse and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
This mousse can be prepared in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Avoid overmixing the cream and egg whites.
