- 1 gelbe Paprika
- 150 g Frischkäse

Instructions
- Prepare the peppers: Wash thoroughly, remove seeds, and dice them.
- Make the feta cream by mashing the feta in a bowl and mixing it with cream cheese. Add chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the feta cream evenly over the tortilla wraps.
- Sprinkle the diced peppers over the cream.
- Roll the wraps tightly to keep the filling compact.
- Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve the Feta Röllchen fresh or slightly chilled for optimal flavor.
