Description

Crispy tortilla rolls filled with a creamy feta mixture, vibrant peppers, and fresh herbs make a delightful snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 Tortilla Wraps
  • 200 g Feta
  • 1 rote Paprika
  • 1 gelbe Paprika
  • 150 g Frischkäse
  • 1 Handvoll frische Kräuter (z. B. Petersilie, Schnittlauch)
  • Salz nach Geschmack
  • Pfeffer nach Geschmack

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peppers: Wash thoroughly, remove seeds, and dice them.
  2. Make the feta cream by mashing the feta in a bowl and mixing it with cream cheese. Add chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the feta cream evenly over the tortilla wraps.
  4. Sprinkle the diced peppers over the cream.
  5. Roll the wraps tightly to keep the filling compact.
  6. Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve the Feta Röllchen fresh or slightly chilled for optimal flavor.
