Description
A creamy and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, fresh spinach, and luscious cream cheese sauce that wraps around al dente pasta.

- 400 g Pasta (any shape like penne or fusilli)
- 300 g Hähnchenbrust (chicken breast)
- 200 g Frischkäse (cream cheese)
- 150 g frischer Spinat (fresh spinach)
- 2 Knoblauchzehen (garlic cloves)
- 1 Zwiebel (onion)
- 2 EL Olivenöl (olive oil)
- Salz, Pfeffer (salt, pepper) to taste
- Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach to the pan and wilt for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese until a creamy sauce forms. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optionally, grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
- Serve the pasta hot and enjoy!
Notes
Customize with roasted pine nuts or fresh herbs to elevate the dish. Serve with garlic bread and salad for a complete meal.
